With 40
years experiences in education, and in line with development of technology and
information in globalization era, Daar El Qolam as an educational institution
with a modern pesantren approach is required to produce pesantren graduates who possess strong
capability, competitiveness, and spirit of challenge.
Regular class
program
This program is aimed to generate excellent
students. Educational system, either through teaching or nurturing emphasizes on
provision of knowledge, discipline, and good character. Students for this
program selected from elementary schools/or equivalent, junior high schools/or
equivalent with 6
years tenure for graduates of elementary school and 4 years for graduates of secondary school
EXCELLENT CLASS PROGRAM
The Excellent Class program is a sort of
perpetual program from regular class. In general, The Excellent Class
program is intended (i) to give specific treatment and opportunities for
students who are considered "more intelligent" to be able to spend more time to
explore and enhance their skills ; (ii) to motivate excellent students to optimize
their talent and to develop skill and knowledge ;(iii) to generate excellent
alumni that possess "added value", to pursue higher education and to serve
society.
There are two aspects emphasized on the students'
skills. First, to improve their proficiency in English and Arabic languages as
a formal language for daily life. Second, a program of research development and
academicic writing. To support these programs, the classrooms have been
equipped with modern facilities applicable for teaching learning process.
