A proper and reasonable evaluation system is a decisive factor for quality of education. As a matter of fact, evaluation system applied in Daar el-Qolam is conducted comprehensively by adopting affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects. Those aspects are:

1. Evaluation of Attitude and personality
2. Evaluation of compliance to discipline
3. Evaluation of oral test
4. Evaluation of written test

Taking those aspects into account, promotion of students to higher class/graduation is determined by a special meeting attended by some teachers and educators in charge of students' assessment. The members of the meeting are:

·         Nurturing Council

·         Board of Teachers

·         Relevant Teachers
